Thank you for supporting Light to Life. Our heart is to serve you well and provide faith-filled resources that truly bless your walk with God. Because many of our products are digital downloads, returns and refunds work a little differently than they do for physical items.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Printables, Journals, Devotionals & Planners)

Items sold on Light to Life are digital products delivered as instant downloads (PDFs or similar files).

Because digital files cannot be “returned” once they’ve been downloaded or accessed, all digital product sales are final.

If you experience a problem with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at patricia@light-tolife.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • A brief description of the issue (screenshots if possible)

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless required by law):

  • Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded
